Costs

The license costs are depending on the payment method and functionality for customers:

If you are using orders, we will charge you

•  3% of the customer bill per order if the order has been placed after scanning the QR code in the restaurant.

•  5% of the customer bill per order if the order has been placed using the tablet application.

•  10% of the customer bill per order if the order has been placed online without scanning the QR code.

If you are using reservations, we will charge you 0.50 EUR per valid reservation.

The production of signs for the tables costs 10.00 EUR per sign plus 8.00 EUR shipping costs in Europe. International shipping costs might vary.

When purchasing a license, the payment is due in full in advance for the period of license validity. The costs for the orders and the reservations will be charged at the beginning of the following month.

All prices are exclusive of current VAT.

Contract duration:

The booked payment method can be changed over to a longer period at any time. A shortening of the period is possible analogous to the termination 2 weeks to the booked contract end. Please request this in writing or by email.

If not canceled, the contract is automatically extended by the contract period booked.

Termination:

The contract can be terminated by either party 2 weeks before the end of the contract. The termination can be made in writing or by email.
